New Witness to Testify in Prince Andrew Case

INTERNATIONAL: More trouble for Britain’s Prince Andrew. An eyewitness who claims she saw the prince dancing with his alleged sex abuse victim Virginia Giuffre, on the same night he said he was at a Pizza Express outlet, will testify in court. The prince told the BBC’s Panorama programme that he categorically denied being in the nightclub that evening as he had taken one of his daughters to a Pizza Express.

Shukri Walker has reportedly agreed to appear at the upcoming civil case in the US, where she will tell the court that she saw the Duke of York at “Tramp” nightclub in London back in 2001. Somali-born Walker, who lives in London, is expected to stand by a written statement she gave to the FBI, in which she said she “vividly remembered” apologising to the Queen's son after standing on his foot on the dance floor, to which she claims he replied: “No problem.” She claims Virginia Giuffre who was 17 at the time, was with Andrew, while the royal says he has “no recollection” of meeting her.

Andrew, 61, is currently being sued by Giuffre, now 38, in New York over claims he sexually assaulted her on three occasions when she was under age. Giuffre claims one of the alleged attacks happened the night after she visited the Tramp nightclub with him.

Eyewitness Walker said: “He (Andrew) looked like he was having a great time and he was with this young girl who was close to my own age, perhaps even a bit younger than me. The young woman wasn't smiling; it was the opposite of smiles. They were with the socialite, Ghislaine Maxwell, and convicted pedophile, and now dead, Jeffrey Epstein. I will never forget the night because I was told this is a real Prince.”

She claims the prince wiped the back of his hand across his face several times. The Duke infamously said he “does not sweat” due to a medical condition, which he argued on the BBC’s Panorama show.

Giuffre claims the royal also assaulted her in New York and on billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's Caribbean island. The Duke claims that he did not recall meeting Giuffre, despite a photograph emerging of him with his arm around her waist at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell.

Andrew, 61, has consistently and strongly denied the allegations.
